The Labor Market Outlook survey by the Societ for Human Resource Management reporterd that 37 percent of respondentsd have some level of concern forthe U.S. job marker in the third quarter: 33 percent are somewhay pessimistic about job growth and anticipatre job losses and 4 percent are very pessimistiv and anticipate job cuts during the This marks a reversal fromthe LMO’d second quarter survey, when a combinef 70 percent of respondents expressed some level of pessimismk and predicted deeper cuts in the U.S.
